Substitution Policy

Fresh cut flowers are seasonal, therefore some of them might not be available at the time of purchase. It’s sometimes necessary for us to make substitutions of equal or greater value and quality. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and also maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement ( the overall shape, size, style, and the color combinations).
